Food & Health

Don’t fight your curves, embrace them!

Being someone who once was “dying” to be thin due to the pressures of the eneterinment industry & the media portrayal that all women should be pressured to be a size zero. I lived with a silent killer, an extreme eating disorder that made me wake up to reality, a “size zero” didn’t make me happy nor was I healthy.

I decided 4 years ago to begin a healthier road to recovery and am now a proud size 10 sometimes a 12. I am 5’10, and proportioned curvy. However remember not all curves all healthy. You have to work at keeping them tight and the heart right. Infact, over the last year and a half I lost 15 lbs. Everyone lately has been noticing the weight loss and keep asking me my “secrets” but there is none. I didn’t diet. I changed many things around in my habits.  I want to show you guys how to work with what you have and become a more healthier and sexy YOU. I know women who are plus sized who are healthier than thin models. You can be healthy at any size.  It begins from within but let’s keep it real. If you are not eating right or excersizing, you will not feel your best. Yo yo dieting and the word DIETING is not what I am going to teach you. Get ready to learn to cook ladies and gents. Most of these meals are meals you have to cook at home. So fellas, if your girl can’t cook. Tell her to come to my blog and learn. Thank me later!

I will be posting many videos, blogs and my personal home recipes for you. You can eat a variety of meals without feeling the guilt. I have mastered the art of cooking anything I want, making it taste great, yet cutting the calories in half. Yes I said HALF :)

I represent a REAL persons healthy body image. Forget the “celebrity” I am a person just like you who enjoys a tasty meal once in a  while.

Here are a few photos of meals I make at home. You can eat! I’m going to teach you to go shopping for  the right ingredients in order for you to eat with a health conscious approach.
