Bad news and more bad news.  Without getting into too much detail. I’m extremly sick. I’ve been fighting this cold for a week now. I haven’t moved from my bed, picked up my phone or anything. I can’t breath very well. I plan on being in bed for a weeks. Doctors orders. I’m really annoyed about it -_-  I’m locking myself in my home, staying in bed and  trying my best to knock this cold out so I can get back to work on my projects.

I have a lot of things to finish up and work that needs to be posted/announced. So, I will have my promo team & Team Somaya helping me update my Twitter, Facebook, Myspace and emails.

This was my first time meeting Mashonda at Vh1. She is a very sweet, classy, soft spoken and one HOT tamale. She is such a naturaly beautiful and delicate woman. It was a pleasure meeting her. After a  string of  RARE  bizarre encounters with negative woman. It was so  refreshing to meet a lady who exudes nothing but positivity.  You will be seeing more of Mashonda so please stay updated with her.

Last night was my first Day/Night of rehearsals for my Broadway play “Love Lies In Lust”….! I didn’t know what to expect at our first “cast table read” considering I would be meeting my cast mates for the first time. After working on different projects with NIGHTMARE/DIFFICULT cast mates, I had no idea what to expect. But. After being in so many odd situations played up with EGO’s. Hey, I can hope for the best but be prepared for the worse. lol  Well not only is  the cast very talented. But, everyone was extremely welcoming, no ego’s, and nothing but love in the room.  I play the leading role of “Nina” she’s extremely spoiled, a big time DIVA, a cocaine user,  ungrateful, and is hiding a very ugly secret from her husband. Obviously, the complete opposite of myself. lol And maybe this is why I play her so well. I can’t stand girls like this. I see them all the time in this business. Anywhoo hoos. The best part is, no matter how big or small anyone’s  role was. Everyone respected and treated each other as an equal. I’ve always said TEAM WORK makes the DREAM work. When you work with each other, you can achieve higher goals together.

Our first day exceeded everyone’s expectations. Everyones characters meshed very well together. I look forward to having you come watch my play. After we do our Broadway run, we will be traveling on a 12 city tour. • Semi tall, 5’6 without heels. As long as you’re over 5’6 tall in your heels because i’m 6’3 in mine.

-Your outfit needs to be exactly like this or very close to it. Tight, short black or red dress. Black is the easiest to put together.
