OMG guys & girls I think I found something really cool that actually WORKS to fight belly bulge!! So i’m not a fitness freak by any means but I made a commitment to myself to live healthier and because of it I lost weight out of nowhere. Living out here in East Coast I don’t have the luxury of going hiking like I did in L.A everyday and the gym is super far from my place. I naturally have a small waist and am so lucky I don’t have rolls, never have even when I was a bigger size. But don’t think for once hot second I don’t work hard on it daily to keep it tight.  Anyhoos, I’ve been reading up on different natural foods, squeezing your own juices, dairy, and organic meals. And I kept coming across good reads on  how dairy isn’t good for you and how it makes you bloated. It would obviously make you feel bloated because most dairy does and if you are lactose intolerant, it gets even worse. You get the little pregnant belly effect. lol So. I decided to try giving up dairy all together cold turkey I didn’t succeed but I tried to do it over 2 weeks, I finally gave it up all the way. As of today I have replaced all my dairy products with alternatives, Lactaid milk, egg beaters, soy cheese, I Can’t believe It’s Not Butter Light. Last night my friend noticed my stomach was flatter than usual.  To be honest I was feeling BLAH yesterday so I definitely didn’t notice it. This morning as soon as I got home from the gym I got on the scale and then tried on my new jeans. And it’s true. I dropped 1.5 lbs and my new pants fit me PERFECT! I thought I would share this with you.

Hey guys so I did this really dope new power yoga things morning along with abs. I wanted to share with you. I also tried some new meal combinations I thought you might dig. Today I didn’t have time to go to the gym so I did my yoga and abs at home. I did 3 different type of abs and they were all 4 sets of 12. I bought a medicine ball for my home workouts. Check these out here medicine balls!!

I have HORRIBLE back problems due to having a top heavy chest. Yoga has been my savior lately and I swear it helps that lower back pain I have daily.
